Hi! I’m Minh-Thu Lam, founder of Higher Alignment Consulting. I’m a recovering perfectionist and control freak turned stress optimization coach. I spent 9 years working for one of the top luxury auto dealers in the world. I was a high performer and worked my way into a management position. From the outside looking in, I had the dream life but my nervous system knew the truth and I was on the fast track to life changing burnout. I lived with an underlying tone of anxiety that became so normal, I had no idea how out of balance I was. I was constantly overthinking. My sleep patterns were terrible and I had so many digestion issues. My health was starting to suffer and I couldn’t remember the last time I didn’t have anxiety. I started to dread my day to day and I remember thinking “there has to be more to life than this.”  

So in order to get my life back on track, I had to rewire my relationship with stress. I had to deep dive into all the limiting beliefs I had about myself and my self worth. I had to understand how I related to productivity and stress and why I put the needs of everyone else before my own.  I had to implement some important techniques to help break this cycle of burnout that I was running and now I teach others this exact blue print. 

In my journey, I’ve realized that challenges are inevitable and they are what help us grow as humans. However, if we don’t properly manage our energy during these challenges, not only will we not be effective leaders, but we will lose connection with our most important asset, us.

With all the knowledge and experience I’ve acquired along my journey, I’ve developed a system that helps executives that are struggling with the same challenges I had. I help you remain at the top of your game without burning out so you can actually enjoy the journey and create a life of true freedom and fulfillment. 

Helping people understand their conditioning towards stress and productivity is my passion. Helping people implement lasting change to create a balanced life and career that is more enjoyable, is my forte.
