We understand the conundrums of management. You have targets and deadlines that need to be fulfilled, but you can see the lack of drive and capacity your team has in some instances. How do you support them to step up in their roles while also not pushing them in to wanting to take stress leave?Â
In our Management sessions, we work to support your leaders first and foremost by learning to regulate the stressors they are currently dealing with. It can be a tough thing to balance the demands of a leadership position while also having to be “at your best” for your team every time they call on you. Our focus is to first get the nervous system of the leader regulated to homeostasis. From there, we teach them how to attune the capacity of the team to that of the management team. We give you ways to approach your staff that motivate them to rise up in their roles and take on more responsibility from a place of willingness, not stress.Â
Structured on teams of 2-4. (For larger groups please refer to Team training)
Includes:
- 1.5 hours of live online group training per week (in- person must be requested ahead of time)
- Customized goal setting and progress tracking according to business culture
- Mindfulness/nervous system regulation practice emailed out weekly
- Individual Progress tracking- 7 category tracking system
- 2 designated “office hours” per week- team can directly email with questions about their individual journey and progress
- One *2 hour workshop donation to your charity of choice*
